Registering with Our Lady of Victory Chapel — questions answered Please read this before registering.

Please register with us only if you intend to make OLVC your primary church for Mass attendance and pastoral care (responsible for sacramental preparation, and so on).

Do not register if you would simply like to receive a sacrament such as baptism or matrimony in the extraordinary form while primarily belonging to another church. Contact your pastor, and we can arrange assistance with those sacraments for those not registered with us.

Each household only needs to submit one form.
